Human Resources Assistant – Immediate Openings with Acloche

Acloche is seeking a detail‑oriented Human Resources Assistant for a long‑term opportunity. If you’re searching for a stable role with great benefits and a supportive team, this is an excellent fit.

Position Overview:

The HR Assistant will support a wide range of administrative and human resources functions . Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filing.
  • Tracking employee reviews.
  • Reviewing call‑off logs and updating timekeeping records.
  • I‑9 processing.
  • Data entry and general computer work.
  • Using MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Supporting HR operations as needed.

Previous experience performing HR assistant duties is required.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday
  • Start time: 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM
  • 8‑hour shifts with a 30‑ or 60‑minute lunch
  • Full‑time, long‑term assignment

Compensation:

  • $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
