The UPS Store #2899, an independently owned small business specializing in shipping, packing, and printing services, is seeking a motivated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.

The Manager builds a high-energy, customer-focused team, delivers standout service, and drives strong business results through leadership, training, and operational excellence.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Deliver — and ensure the team delivers — outstanding customer service
• Build print services as a key profit driver for the store
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop Associates
• Manage daily store operations and workflow
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team members
• Partner with the store owner on policies, goals, and performance standards
• Build strong customer relationships to support retention and business growth
• Delegate tasks effectively and hold team members accountable

Tactical Responsibilities

• Complete and ensure Associate completion of web-based training
• Be proficient in every aspect of the Daily Operations of the UPS Store
• Quote, produce, and oversee print jobs
• Process transactions and customer orders
• Maintain inventory and place store supply orders
• Handle customer issues, claims, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Perform additional duties as needed to support store operations

Experience/Skills

• 1–3 years of successful retail and team-leadership experience
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong organization, time-management, and attention to detail
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Basic tech troubleshooting skills
