This unit (HLTAID015 Provide advanced resuscitation and oxygen therapy) describes the skills and knowledge required to use specialised equipment in the provision of resuscitation and oxygen therapy in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines.

This unit applies to persons who may be required to use specialised equipment to provide resuscitation or oxygen therapy in a range of complex situations, including community and workplace settings.

Face to Face: 6 hours (minimum) delivery, full face to face course with the additional one hour self-paced learning to be completed prior to attending the face to face course.
